I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Advertising (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
basic, easy, and you are lied to about the job, it's nature, potential, and pay scale. You are not told at this point that it's a purely commission gig. And not a good one at that. Homeless ppl would pass on this door to door, walk in the heat for twelve hours, terrible job. Mind you UR not told any details in the interview. This is an unethical nearly criminal pyramid scam where literally one person gets paid leaving thirty or more kids scratching their heads. You would however need to be UBER desperate and extremely nieve to remain at this job after the first day.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Advertising (North Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied online and they contacted me the next day to set up an interview. I came in for the interview and didn't wait too long to talk to one of the hiring managers. Seemed like a cool guy, but once he started talking, he wouldn't stop. I couldn't even get my own questions in to even see if this job was a fit for me. The interview didn't even last that long, which was fine, but I didn't like how I could not have my own questions asked and that I couldn't get any feedback. It was as if it was just rushed. That was a huge turn-off from the interview process. I was told that they were wrapping up interviews and would be calling people back by the end of the day. I got a call back, but declined because I wasn't able to really find out much about the job for my own personal reasons. I wasn't really told the salary either so I had no idea whether pay was salary or hourly-based.
