I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Allergy Services (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
Standard process. Online screening, phone interview, then video interview. After passing the interviews, they flew me down to San Antonio for a week of training. Failing the training meant not getting the job. In my class of maybe 10 or so, 3 did not pass.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at United Allergy Services
Interview
An average interview process. Recruiter calls you and asks questions about your resume. Typical questions like how did you find out about us, describe yourself. I was asked a lot of questions that required me explaining past times when I was under time constraints. There is also a large assessment and three interviews.
I applied through university. I interviewed at United Allergy Services
Interview
Interviewer was very nice and they emphasized how this position requires independent sustainability. You are responsible for running the day to day operation of the allergy clinic within a doctor’s office. So while you have the doctor and the staff there, you are running things alone in your area. You do have a team, but they are in their own clinics in other offices so all communication is via phone or IM. She also just asked questions about my interests and college involvement/coursework.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Allergy Services (Lubbock, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Longgggg process!
Applied online, got an email SIX WEEKS later to do a competency test online. Then I got an email to do a recorded interview online. Then I did a phone interview with the recruiter. Finally a face to face with the manager for the area.
The online and phone interview were just questions getting to know you. Face to face was some situational questions, then a lot about company history, their values, etc. Do your research about them online, and memorize the RISE UP values! No out of the ordinary questions
The background check is a nightmare. Hope you’ve kept every W2 and offer letter from every job since you were 15!
