They made me do a ride along for a shift as the interview. I did a full 12 hour shift with 2 EMTs. The EMT on duty would report to his supervisor. I basically never got a formal interview, just based off an employee.

The basically make you do a full shift ride along with two EMTs. It's kind of confusing because you are not with the company yet so you can't really perform much yet they want to see your skills.
