It was easy. I proven myself as a supervisor on another account. Because I knew the hiring manager she didn't ask simple questions. She wanted me to outline specifics of how I impacted client relations and the overall performance of my former campaign. I was also asked to respond to various real life scenarios
Overall quick and direct to the point interview. Typical questions and 3 sets of interviews. Nothing negative about the experience. Firm offer was emailed within a few days from last interview.
