Interview
Screening interview was done via phone. Next interview was via video call. Interviewer showed up nearly 10 minutes late to a meeting scheduled for 30 minutes, and took a phone call during my interview. Very unprofessional, and even if I had been offered a position I don’t think I would have accepted.
3 rounds of interviews. First with the direct reporting manager, then the general brand managers and finally with the CMO. They had the standard questions like describe your work experiences and more specific ones relating to franchise support. No tasks or tests to complete. No group interviews either, they were all one on one. Overall, very relaxed and straightforward.

Interview
Interview is rather lengthy. It’s around 2 hours, since you meet with 4 different people who are involved with your department. But they do get back to you quick with updates on the process, which I appreciated. It wasn’t necessarily hard, you’ll be fine if you know your stuff.
