Simple straightforward phone call, lots of behavior situations and asking about previous experience. 45 minute phone call and had an offer soon after. No multiple interviews or multiple rounds. Refreshing to have a simple process.

2 rounds, standard coding interview questions, differs per team apparently. Mine was entirely C++, recruiter called frequently to get me up to speed. Super fast turn over, really only took a couple of weeks to hear back.

Interview
It was a screening interview followed about a week later by a technical interview. The screening interview was very laid back, and the technical interview was done in front of various hiring managers.
