I received an email a few months after applying on the inspira website. We set up the interview for a few days later. Fairly straightforward, it was over the phone, they asked me about my experience and interest for the position. They also wanted to know about my availabilities.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
