Long and Difficult - There were 3 separate interviews to get the job. I first spoke to the Senior Group Chief or Senior Executive in Charge of the Intelligence Community Technology Group; then I ended up working for his Deputy because I broke my ankle right after the 2-day onboarding process; which explained the purpose of the organization; introduced the Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, or Chiefs of Staff of the organization; then put individual employees into the 'care and feeding' or general management of the specific section where one was supposed to work.
