Long interview process--for a temp job we had 3 interviews, and in the second interview they purposely tried to push your buttons to see how you handle it/pressure. Not enjoyable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They had me take a personality quiz and talked about the results--do you agree with this assessment, how do you see your results as far as working here is concerned, etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Vaccines (Madison, WI) in Jul 2016
Interview
Recruited by phone, then three interviews:
First - group interview with lab supervisors, manufacturing manager, and HR (mine had 11 people interviewing but I've heard they've been as small as 3)
Second - individual interview with HR and consultant
Third - individual interview with manufacturing manager

Question 1
Strengths/weaknesses, describe a challenge and how you handled it, describe a time when you disagreed with your supervisor
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Vaccines (Madison, WI)
Interview
I applied through Lab Support (a temp agency). The next day, I was contacted by the agency and was asked some "getting-to-know-you" questions. After the short phone interview, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview with HR (Barb - the sweetest and kindest person you will meet in this company). There were 2 other applicants at the interview. We were all asked the same behavioral questions. I was called for another interview with Barb and the two team leads. This is where it went down hill. All your answers from the 1st interview with Barb were cross-examined by the team leads. They questioned the strengths and weaknesses I provided, It was more of an interrogation and a complete opposite of the 1st interview with Barb. I came out of the interview feeling like I will not hear back from them, but I did. The 3rd interview was with Barb and the manufacturing manager. It was more of a company overview and how the manufacturing team works. There is also a assignment - a few questions to know your personality. A job offer came a couple of days after.
The whole process took about 3 weeks. 1 interview a week.
