Terrible, Human Resources is very inexperienced. Overall the experience was very uncomfortable. It felt as though the company was fishing for ideas with no depth provided. Immediately you can tell the company has very little to offer and very little experience. The understanding of some team members seemed adequate but very dated. Very old company with a leader that really has no ideas and is very scattered.
