Interview
Very easy interview. No need to dress up. Jeans and t shirt is accepted. Laid back down to earth manager. Got hired in 2 weeks. 2 walk arounds in factory. I did have a resume in my hand. This is first interview in a job where I wasn't nervous. I hope this is useful to somebody out there.

What is most thing you need to improve on in a work place
Generics questions. Not difficult, basically just a way to get to know you and see if you are a good fit. They hired me on the spot after the interview.
