Consisted of two separate phone interviews; one with the hiring manager, one with the recruiter. The in person process was incredibly chaotic - much changing of location, people on the list replaced last minute. Absolutely no follow-up afterwards despite attempts at contact. HR team does not seem very professional (but nice!) and I worry about level of confidentiality.
