I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Unity (Brighton, England)
Interview
This was by far the most professional interviewing process I’ve ever experienced! (Usually) two interviews take place via webcam and the third and final is a face-to-face interview! (Mine included a short test)
You’re kept in the loop all the way through the process via email and phone calls so you’re not left wondering and over thinking things for too long!
My first (and most lasting) interview was with a super lovely guy called Andy who was a remote worker up north! He was so friendly and personable, he put me at ease so fast as I was quite nervous!
The interview was only supposed to last 30mins and we ended up talking for nearly an hour (my fault)!
He stayed in touch by phone through out each stage and organised everything! I could tell he really cared if I got the job and he worked so hard to get everything sorted!
When I accepted and (eventually) started, he even got in touch on my first day to check i was settling in OK! Above and beyond!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Pereira, Risaralda) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was really good. I felt confortable during the entire process. Lots of profesionalism displayed by the interviewer and also the recruiter and all in a timely manner. The onsite interview was objective and every one made me feel like home the entire time.
