Very nice and very cordial. I spoke to a lady who was very friendly. Unity seems like a great place to work and I think the company has high growth potential and seems to be positioning themselves well.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Very sloppy process with poor communication and conflicting information. Interviewer was 45 min late. Conflicting information and poor communication on timing and the list of the interviewers. Did not receive any feedback even after 4 weeks of email request. Finally received an offer but it was well below the market. I declined.

Question 1
Interview was not that difficult but for an IT role you end up interviewing with folks from Finance & Legal...very weird.
