I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Had some difficulty to get an interview. All my applications online have been rejected without even a phone call. After I was able to get in touch with an internal recruiter through my contacts, the process was straightforward. Internal recruiter did a good follow-up and worked hard for me to get the interview. The process was very long in my opinion (about 5 weeks), but finally resulted in an offer. Got a call from recruiter, a codility test, 1:1 with manager and a technical interview with people in the team.
