Interview
I was contacted by a technical recruiter at Unity, who would be with me throughout the interview process. I did 4 interviews: one with the technical recruiter, one with my prospective manager, one technical interview with two team members, and one behavioural interview with two team members. All interviews were done over Zoom (due to COVID-19). I found everyone that I met to be very kind and professional.
The technical recruiter did an excellent job, and followed up within 24 hours of each interview. At no point did I ever feel like I was in “limbo”. I always knew what was going on and what was going to happen next.

The interview process was thoughtful and engaging. The design question and home application task, covering both backend and frontend, were well-structured, challenging, and provided a great way to showcase real-world skills.
