Unity People Ops interview questions

Very unnecessary long interview process - 6 stages (recruiter, manager, teammate, colleague, recruiter and then requested references). After I provided the references, 2 out of 3 were contacted. Throughout the whole interview the questions were the same from everyone, so had to repeat myself a lot.
