Interview
A series of questions asked by the assistant principals and principal. Other people may sit in on the interview as well, such as instructional coaches or co-teachers. The questions range from asking about your classroom management to your growth mindset. Teachers should come prepared to answer these questions in examples from the teachers past experiences.
The interview is laid back because teachers are needed. The onboarding process is disorganized and could use some clarity. Be prepared with your resume and how you will be a good fit for the organization.
