I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Lending (Denver, CO)
Interview
Had an initial telephone conversation with the CFO, met one-on-one with the CFO, had a phone conversation with the outside accounting firm and then met one-on-one with the current controller. The process was very professional all the way through.

Interview
I applied for the marketing director position. After a few days I received an invitation to take a "culture index." No contact information - just an email with the link to the culture index sent from the culture index website. I took the test and about a week later I received an email telling me that the marketing director position had been filled however my culture index showed that I would be a good fit for a Legacy Loan Officer position and to contact them if I was interested in that position.
I contacted them and after a lengthy phone conversation (well over an hour - and this was a prescreen) followed by a VERY LENGHTY (culture index, phone screen, and interviews combined amounted to well over 5 hours) interview process - mostly centered around the graph that the culture index printed out - it was determined that I was not a good fit.
Frustratingly, the interviewer even mentioned that I would have been a great canidate for the marketing director position ---but it had been filled. I feel that if they hadn't relied so much on the culture index, they would have considered me for the right job.
