Parked in employee lot and went into building as described in email. Sat down in lobby waiting to be called back. Went into cubicle offices and were asked questions pertaining to Universal.

They asked what rides I knew and characters that went with the theme. For example if you want to be in Harry Potter's world name characters from the Harry Potter story line.

Hired upon phone interview. They ask simple behavioral questions and about work experience. Asked for my days of availability and placed me in a section soon after.
Tip: be sure you know different rides and areas of the park so you can name your interest.
Easy, asked a few common interview questions sick as strengths and weaknesses. You know right then if you are hired and what attraction you will be placed at. They give you the next orientation date and a welcome packet. The overall interview took approximately 15-20 mins
