I was initially contacted for a screening call and progressed to an interview with the HR department. It took a few weeks to receive feedback. I was then invited to interview with the respective department, and once again, the feedback process was quite lengthy. Overall, the recruitment process lasted nearly two months. Although I eventually received an offer, the proposed conditions were not aligned with my expectations, so I decided not to move forward.
