I was invited to attend a full “open day” as the interview process that was scheduled to take place in 3 weeks time. Despite me advising that I was at final stages with multiple companies and would be withdrawing from the process, I was sent a further 2 invites to attend the day. It seems like an antiquated interview process, taking an entire day which seems unnecessary.
