The interview process was drawn out and repetitive. As you progressed you spoke with high levels of management, but went through similar questions. By the fourth round, I had no further questions and I wasn't sure what they could have had left to ask. From 1st round interview to final interview, it was 5 weeks. It was a newly created job description for this role, and it felt like hiring team wasn't aligned on what they were looking for.
