First phone interview. Then ask to develop a weather app in short time. Then ask for several reference contact information, and they will contact reference. Then after several weeks, I get a reject letter. I don't understand why do they contact reference if they don't want to hire me. It's a waste of my time to develop a demo app. It's also waste my reference' time.
