One video interview with 2 members of leadership followed up by an in-person interview at the office with senior members of leadership. Experience overall was very pleasant with most of the questions focusing on relevant background experience and soft skills.

basic interview, not long and not difficult. The people conducting the interview were great guys. Interview was done remote and were accommodating to my requested times. Great place to work.

Met UMEC managers at my University Job Fair. Talked with them for a few minutes, got to know what they do, about the current and future projects that UMEC will take part on. They offered an short casual interview after the career fair. I kept in touch with them so I had another phone interview after I graduated.
