I went through 3 interviews, the first was over the phone, then skype and in person for the last. The department really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I did not feel nervous or silly, as we often do during interviews

Lead me on for over a month. Did 3 rounds of interview, never heard back. When I reached out they said they wanted to do my references and never heard back again. Reached back out again and that is when I found out they went with another candidate. Waste of time.
