Interview
After submitting both an online and paper application I was contacted to interview in the library. I was interviewed by my eventual direct supervisor/boss and one of the other full-time staff members. The interview was very basic, asking simple questions about my resume and my ability to work. Basically, if you submit your applications early and your availability hours mesh well with the returning workers, you're hired as long as you seem competent.

Interview
Pretty good with basic question. The interviewers were very friendly and super helpful with the questions. Overall a super good interview and super informative about the job and what they aim.
Simple, easy behavioral interview questions. Any website or generic practice/prep will prepare you for them. Don't sweat it, just practice until you're comfortable with the behavioral questions. For most positions, you will only have to go through 1-2 rounds of interviews. Even 2 is rare.
