Phone interview with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager.
Screening interview was pretty standard. Questions about work history, and experience. We also discussed compensation up front, rather then wasting more interviews before possibly finding out the difference is too large.
The interview with the hiring manager was also fairly standard. Questions went into more detail about the role, my experience, etc, as well as behavioral questions, such as "Do you prefer to work in a team, or independently?"
Both interviewers were pleasant, and the interviews were conversational in nature. My experience overall was positive, even though I wasn't offered the job. They let me know within just a day or two, rather than going into radio silence, which was appreciated.
