The first step of the interview process was an over the phone interview with an HR representative. They asked typical "get to know you" questions. Most of this process was just to make sure I was who my application said I was.
Then I received an online logic/business math test, an online Microsoft Excel competency test, and an email response writing sample. The tests took about 30-45 each and the email sample was about 5 minutes. The logic/business math test was similar to what you would see in an IQ quiz or logic questions on a standardized test (ex. pattern recognition, finding a dollar amount from a graph, etc.)
I was then asked to interview in person. I arrived and met with a 4 person panel (2 over skype and 2 in person). Most of the questions involved my past experiences and how my skills could transfer over into this role. Lasted about 50 minutes.
