Interview
30 min phone interview with recruiter, followed by 45 min panel interview a week and a half later. Mostly behavioral questions, responses should be in STAR response method. I was also given a claim like scenario and asked how I would respond to the situation. Overall, process took about 3 weeks from application to extended employment offer. As long as you prep prep prep on the STAR method, it's not too terribly difficult.
