      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unum (Portland, ME) in Mar 2021

      Interview

Lots of behavior question, and quick process. The interview consisted of 3 rounds. The third round took place at their head quarters. First round, is a virtual call, second phone screen, and third consisted of a case study, and 5 panel interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unum

      Interview

The recruiter was very professional and knowledgeable when scheduling and performing the initial phone interview. They outlined the position and the expected interview process very well. Proceeded to the 1:1 interview. Did not receive quantitative feedback on why I did not then move to the group/panel interview.

      Question 1

The 1:1 interview was average. Disappointing was the lack of constructive feedback after the interview.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unum

      Interview

The interview process started with a phone screen with an internal recruiter, followed by meeting with several managers and then a trip to a regional assessment center. At the RAC, you spend the morning interviewing with several directors from all over the country and then do a case study presentation in the afternoon.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most of the interviews were conversations about background/applicable experience and looking to make sure that you fit into the culture.
