In my experience, I was recruited for the position based on my professional experience. I was called to schedule an interview and had to first fill pre-interview questionnaire (open-end) out. The interview with the recruiter were easy and based on my responses on the questionnaire. Once we finished the interview she scheduled me for the in-person interview. There I met the other candidates for the position. We all were given a claims sheets exercise. Next we met the manager of the department, then we were separated for our individual interviews with two interviewers. Overall it was an amazing experience and it was one of my best interviews in my life.
