Interview
I applied about a month before I got an email asking if I would be available for a 30-45 minute phone interview. The phone interview was simple. I was asked questions from my resume and 6 behavioral questions. About thirty minutes after the interview was over, I got an email requesting that I take 3 online assessments and come in for an on-site interview the following week! I haven't completed that stage of the interview process yet, but I was told that all the questions would be behavioral.

Question 1
Name a time when you dealt with a challenging customer. How did you handle that challenge?
Name a time where you worked on a project that wasn't your own and had to sacrifice some time.
Applied through a recruiter. Had a phone interview and one on-site interview with three managers. Interview questions were not difficult. You need to prepare few questions to ask. The process took about 4 weeks.

Interview
The hiring process consisted of 3 interviews: 2 phone interviews, and a formal interview in front of 3 interviewers. The phone interviews consisted mainly of situational questions to get an idea of my personality and how I go about solving problems in general. The formal interview also consisted of similar, situational questions. However, I was also able to ask about day-to-day operations, perks, pay, etc.

Describe a time you were put in a very difficult situation. What did you do to overcome this situation, and how did you prepare yourself for future situations?
Describe a time when you respectfully disagreed with a co-worker who was above you. How would you handle this situation? Would you go so far as to talk to someone else, at any level, about the situation? What did you do to resolve the issue?
