Interview
6 stage interview process absolute waste of time they have no personality just don’t waste your time. Got all the way to the end then got some lame excuse for feedback.
The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at UpGuard (Fort Morgan, AL) in Sept 2023
Interview
I was reached out to about a month after I applied by the recruiter who moved me along the process. I met with the hiring manager who was pleasant and i got a long with. The process then to meet with both managers, a team member, then their boss, then their bosses boss. I got as far as the meeting with the hiring manager and the manager from Denver who was unpleasant, not a single smile. And I was asked for "bonus" points to make them laugh which says alot about their role on the team. Being that humor is often subjective, and most likely not professional. I tried to side step it saying I didnt know any jokes. The manager responded that they found jokes about happy hour funny. Quite frankly this put me off entirely as A. I don't really drink. B. because I have people have died from alcoholism I dont see the humor in it. Still i preceded to "book" the mock meeting. while gathering information for it to be a useful meeting. Apparently the feed back was... I took to long to book a meeting. That tells me the quality of the meetings is probably questionable and the environment involves side stepping a bad attitude from someone in power who glorifies a drinking culture. As much as I like the hiring manager and being being between my two places Denver and Fort Morgan AL. No thanks.

Interview
Interview was a lengthy 5 stage process which included 2 interviews, 1 assessment, 1 role-play and 1 team interview. Overall, quite long and extended and refused to provide feedback. Team was nice however.
