Upright Labs interview questions

I went through three steps of the interview process. Step one was a screening interview. Step two, I was asked to complete an extensive challenge assignment. Step three was a 45 minute interview with a manager.

The company reached out to me for the first interview, which was just a quick 15 minute interview to get to know me. Then, I was given a challenge that I spent many hours perfecting. Next I was told that the company liked my challenge and wanted to move me forward. I had my second 45 minute interview and was told that I would speak to another member of the team and if I was pushed through, I would then speak with the CEO. After a 3rd 45 minute interview, the person that I interviewed with answered my thank you email with no information about whether or not I was going to get an offer. That evening I was sent a generic email about how they had to make a tough decision and that they were not going to move forward with my candidacy at this time.
