Interview
I applied online to the Columbus, OH office. First, there will be an initial screening call with the HR, and if you're selected you move on to the interview with the Operations Manager, the trainer, and one Senior Credit Analyst. The interviewers were really nice and I've heard great things about the work culture at the company.

How do you explain Internet to someone from the 1800s?
It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
