I went through four interview stages: an initial HR screening, a discussion with the Hiring Manager, a conversation with a Product Designer and Developer, and a final interview with the VP and Director of Product. Adel (HR) did an excellent job coordinating the process—his clear, responsive communication and efficient scheduling allowed the entire process to be completed within just two weeks. Although I was not selected at the final stage, I genuinely enjoyed every step of the journey, as the interviews felt less like formal assessments and more like meaningful, thoughtful conversations.
