First, we exchanged a few emails going over qualifications and the direction of the company. This was followed by a scheduled phone interview, where we talked about the work environment at the company, and the sort of technical skills I as an applicant had for the position. Then an in-person interview where more emphasis was placed on technical skills and questions.
