Interview
Strictly sales jobs. This is not marketing, advertising, public relations, and definitely not events.
I was lured into an interview thinking I could be an event coordinator, as the job posting said. Extremely disappointed to find out this is just another sales company in a disguise to look greater than they are.
Don't dress up sales jobs in terms that are unrelated to the position. You can find candidates better suited for this company by just being truthful. Think of all the time you'll save.
If you have completed any form of higher education, you can find better.

Interview
I applied online and got an interview a couple days later. First, I interviewed with a manager in at their Ft Lauderdale office. He asked me some common questions. He was very nice. He told me that they would interview me a second time at Sam's Club. I went for my second round of interviews 2 days later, and was asked similar kind of questions by another lady. As I went through the second interview I realized that what they were looking for was not a "marketing assistant" but more of a sales assistant who would be selling products at booths in Sam's Club and other stores. They were also looking for someone who would eventually train others to do the same job. It was more of a retail sales position, asking to work flexible hours and weekends. When the interview ended, the lady asked me to send her an email explaining once again why they should hire me. I didn't end up sending the email because I was not interested in that kind of job, so I didn't receive a job offer.
