I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Green Newcastle (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
The first stage was an assessment day as there were a variety of roles they were looking to fill.
Assesment day;
The day started with a coffee and a chance to network with directors and management which felt natural and easy. The only negative was the layout of the room wasn't cohesive to networking.
There was then a presentation on the charity, and either an exercise or a tour of the parks. The group exercise was supervised and engaged your brain, the tour was interesting and much like the networking felt natural and of value.
Lunch was provided, and inclusive of dietary requirements.
Interview;
The day started with an activity, it was scheduled to last 30 minutes but was closer to 10 mins.
The interview was with two directors, the panel changed from what was in the email inviting to interview. Very comfortable, easy environment, pleasant interview that allowed me to represent myself accurately.
Only negative;
The interview process feels quite long. It was almost two weeks between assessment day and interview, though they did come back very quickly with feedback post interview. There were around three days between assessment day, and being invited to interview.
If you end up in a similar position be patient, they are very quick to reply should you have any queries.

Interview
Online presentation over soon, general questions about the company. Nothing too tricky. Really relaxed and friendly interview. Provided feedback after the process. Only negative was it was advertised as an entry level job but offered to someone with years of experience.
