Pretty standard. Two rounds. Both were with panels from the division i applied for. Standardized questions relevant to the work, ie public interest experience, why UJC, interest in serving public.

It felt low-pressure. Behavioral questions that were related to what is expected of the job position as well as information shared in your resume. Multiple interviewers were on the zoom call.

Interview
Online interview, was very chill and not too stressful. Interviewers were extremely kind and welcoming. They asked all the basic questions and there weren't any curveball questions I didn't expect, a few questions specifically about what's detailed in my resume. Overall very wonderful experience
