I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Science (Detroit, MI)
Interview
I had a person who I knew working in the company already who referred me. I was contacted by Brent who sort of went and told me about the position and asked me a couple of quick questions.
I then had an interview with two managers who again went through the role in greater detail and told me more about the team I'd be working on. They then asked me questions, mostly behavioral, for about 45 minutes. After that, two more people came in, who were from a different department, and asked me questions, about half behavioral and half technical. This lasted about half an hour.
I heard back within a week and they offered me. However, I had received a better offer from the organization I wanted to work for, so I had to decline Urban Science's offer.
