Round one was a phone screening, round two was an in-person group interview with two members of the staff, and the final round was a group interview with leadership. All interviews were structured, with the questions coming from a predetermined list. The teams were very thoughtful and generous with their time in answering my questions. Overall, the interview experience was extremely positive, the staff members were warm and friendly. In my opinion, the mark of a really great process is that even if a candidate is not offered the position, they should walk away feeling interested in maintaining a strong connection to the organizaiton.
