Usay Compare interview questions

Interviewed by two females who were very easy going and tried to put me at ease as they could see I was nervous. They just asked general questions about why I wanted the job, and we're keen to know my understanding of the job etc . . .

Very long winded and required a lot of projects to prove job ability. Team didn't really seem to know what they wanted or needed and wasted a lot of time
