They ask from me that can you speak and write English fluently while corresponding to the customers, what is your typing speed, can you make export documents more do you have any graphic diploma and I say yes and then they check my abilities for 2 weeks and I passed then I settled here.

They ask me to write a mail to customer that the weather condition is very bad and due to this we are not able to make shipment on due date and more ask him to give us 100% Advance and convince him it was totally unexpected
