Overall, the process went smoothly. There was a phone screen with the CFO to discuss my background, experience and why UPH. This is an organization that places an interest in the mission and the population that it serves. Got invited to a final in-person interview, went over things more in-depth. The role is more of a bookkeeping role, there’s a greater emphasis in journal entries in quickbooks/creating financial statements and having domain knowledge of FQHC. After the in-person interview, I unfortunately got left in the dark.
