They conducted a professional process. I was interviewed by the hiring team through 3 rounds. Everyone was very courteous. HR team member was available to answer my questions in a timely manner.
Lots of casual conversation about design as it relates to DRM and e-commerce, and how V Shred approaches it, then tying it to my experience in customer-facing web applications. Willing to consider experience tangential to DRM and e-commerce, provided they could see I had a good foundation in design principles.

It was conducted more like a conversational interview to get to know you rather than a question answer session. Interview process was over a few weeks.
