Had two rounds of interviews. One phone screening with HR, one 1hr long on-site interview with head of Quality. Was told I would hear back after 2 weeks. After the third week, sent a message to HR and was told no decision had been made and they would contact me with any updates. Now going on 5 weeks out and the job posting has been removed. No communication, extremely disrespectful of my time.

Started off with Manager then two members from the team. Not so bad. They seemed friendly and mostly asked if I was familiar with specific techniques. They were looking for someone to fill a particular role in qPCR and HPLC. It was obvious that they were a very close knit group and were really concerned if I was going to be a good fit. I later learned that they do most of their hiring via staffing agencies- which in itself is a long process.
