I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at VIA Health Partners (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Just to keep it short. I had a phone screening with a recruiter. An in person interview with the hiring manager. She stated she didn’t detect red flags well like the other employees could, so she likes for the candidates to have a second interview with one of the other employees. Had an amazing interview with that employee. I was excited about the opportunity and I had plenty of experience. The recruiter stated she would let me know by the end of the week on their decision and then 2weeks later said they had one more interview. I followed up with an email, only because I was really interested and was looking for a fresh start with good people. They pretty much ghosted me. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Thankfully, God blessed me with a great job at a top 5 childrens hospital! So never stop applying for jobs, even if it seems all the interviews went well.lol

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at VIA Health Partners (Fort Mill, SC) in May 2022
Interview
I was contacted by Alia from HR who was very transparent with me right from the start. She scheduled a remote interview the following day which was great! The company overall has been SO extremely kind, everyone is happy and proud to work there. I felt the whole process was not intimidating and they have been unbelievably flexible with my schedule and moving!
