VIA Software interview questions

6 total interviews which the questions asked were the same for each one of them. very long and tedious process. After the 4th interview, i had to ask what is the status after not hearing back from them for several days. why not having 3 people interview the candid at the same time instead of having so many interviews?

I had a a screening interview, then a formal interview. I was told at the end of the second interview that I would receive an offer which came through email the next day.
